In addition to nutrition, you can help avoid stretch marks by making sure that your skin is properly moisturized. There are natural skin creams, such as those that use herbs like chamomile and other ingredients like Vitamin E to help reduce the impact of stretch marks.
While it may not be entirely possible to prevent stretch marks, following these steps may lessen their impact, and may even lessen their severity.
