Other herbs, such as wild yams are also thought to decrease chances of fertility, and should also be avoided when you are trying to conceive.

There are a variety of herbal supplements, often which combine several different herbs, which may be used for increasing chances of fertility. These supplements are available for both men and women, although the specific ingredients and herbs will vary between the two different types, as men and women’s bodies respond differently sometimes to the different herbs.
