One way to get Omega-3 fatty acids is by eating more fish. Fish tend to be high in Omega-3 fatty acids, and can help you get the Omega-3s that you need. Some say that this is the best way to get Omega-3 fatty acids. Still, there are often concerns about mercury and other heavy metals in fish. For this reason, some experts suggest that the best way to get Omega-3 fatty acids is with fish oil supplements.
