FertileCM Fertility Supplement

FertileCM™ Fertility Supplement

90 count vegetarian capsules, 1 month supply

Recommended Use:

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules daily (1 at each mealtime). Discontinue use once pregnancy has been achieved. To support the benefits of FertileCM, drink at least 64 ounces of water daily.

If you are using prescription fertility drugs, consult with a physian before using FertileCM.

Recommended by fertility expert Amos Grunebaum, MD, FertileCM is the nutritional fertility supplement designed to support the production of cervical mucus (CM) and promote endometrial secretions to help build the uterine lining for implantation of the fertilized egg. In addition, ingredients in FertileCM have been demonstrated to support female sexual function and libido. In established studies, key ingredients in FertileCM have been shown to:

  • Naturally and safely support the production of cervical fluids.

  •  Increase female arousal and sexual stimulation.

  • Increase hydration of the mucin (liquidity of mucus).

  • Promote mucus alkalinity and mucosal thinning.

  • Support a healthy uterine lining for implantation of the embryo.

How does FertileCM Work?

FertileCM brings together select vitamins and key nutrients, including L-Arginine, an amino acid which promotes the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is produced naturally by the body and supports several health functions. For female fertility, nitric oxide promotes vascular relaxation and circulation in the reproductive organs - and supports the production of endocervical secretions (CM) before and during ovulation.

As Dr. Amos Grunebaum suggests, "For many women, problems with cervical mucus - or CM - may cause obstacles to getting pregnant. If cervical mucus is not present to provide a healthy medium for sperm, then conception may be inhibited. FertileCM is designed to help women produce fertile-quality cervical fluids - and increase the odds of conception."

Scientific studies also indicate that the same amino acid (L-Arginine) that supports the production of cervical mucus also increases endometrial secretions in order to prepare the uterine lining for implantation. For female fertility, the ingredients in FertileCM have been shown to work in three important ways.

How the Ingredients Work to Promote Fertility

FertileCM integrates several key ingredients that have been shown in clinical studies to safely and naturally promote the production of cervical fluids, support the 'thinning' of mucus, increase hydration of the mucin, as well as promote proper mucus alkalinity. In addition, the same ingredient that supports CM production (L-Arginine as nitric oxide precursor) has also been shown to induce endometrial secretion (creating a healthy uterus lining) during implantation time.

FertileCM is a dietary designed to promote the presence of cervical mucus by supporting the production of nitric oxide (NO). Nitric oxide is produced naturally by the body and is important for numerous bodily functions. Among these, nitric oxide dilates blood vessels and helps promote blood flow to the uterus, ovaries, and genitals.

For fertility, the importance of nitric oxide includes an increase of endocervical secretions during the ovulatory phase in women. In one key study, "nitric oxide (NO) administration markedly increased cervical secretion" for women taking supplementation in the test group, "while no changes in cervical secretion were seen in the control group."

In addition, other studies suggest that FertileCM, by providing a key precursor for nitric oxide (NO), may increase vascular dilatation, blood flow, and muscular relaxation around the vagina, thereby enhancing libido and improving sensation to sexual stimulation.

Studies indicate that the amino acid L-arginine in FertileCM, by providing a building-block for NO production, may safely increase cervical mucus, support endometrial secretions and a healthy uterus during implantation, and enhance female sexual arousal.

Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) is a key antioxidant and vitamin central to healthy cell function. In the FertileCM formula, vitamin C has been included to promote an increase in the hydration (or liquidity) of cervical mucus. As an antioxidant, L-ascorbic acid has been shown to modulate the mucin structure by reducing the copper bound to sialic acid. This will result in an increase in hydration (liquidity) of the mucin by the association of water molecules with the uncomplexed sialic acid molecules of the glycoproteins. The end result of a complex biological interaction is shown to be an increase in mucin hydration.

Coral Calcium is included in the FertileCM formula to support proper mucus pH (or increased alkalinity) and to help reduce sperm-harming acidity in the vagina during the ovulatory phase.

Lactobacilli are organisms necessary for a healthy vaginal environment. The absence of vaginal Lactobacilli may lead to an environment that is hostile to sperm and may further be associated with infertility issues and infections. FertileCM contains Lactobacilli to help support female reproductive wellness and support a healthy environment in the vagina.

Grapeseed Extract is a strong antioxidant and helps inhibit the oxidation of ascorbic acid and thereby potentiates the action of vitamin C. Antioxidants play a key role in repairing damage caused by the environment and aging - and in preventing cellular damage due to oxidizing free radicals. The increased presence of antioxidants in cervical fluids may provide additional protection and support for sperm.

N-acetylcysteine (NAC) is a precursor of glutathione, an important antioxidant that is naturally produced within the body. NAC has safely been in use for more than 30 years as a mucolytic - an agent which dissolves thick mucus and thins overall mucus secretions. In studies, NAC has been shown to help thin mucus and detoxify harmful substances in the body.
