Before you returning a product you MUST

to let us know you would like to return product. If you do not get confirmation, via email, about returning a product first, your order will be returned to you with no refund issued.
For all products, we are unable refund any shipping charges unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Due to the temperature sensitive nature of the BioGaia Probiotic Drops, we are unable to accept returns of this product.

Returns are accepted for new, unopened merchandise within thirty days of purchase. A refund will be issued for the purchase cost of the merchandise. We are unable to refund shipping costs.
We are unable to accept returns for products which have been tried and found to be ineffective for your situation. We are a small business and are unable to resell the opened products.
Returns after the 30 days must be in new unopened condition with all packaging included and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
Return shipping costs and any applicable insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer . Refunds will be issued only after we have the items back in our possession.
We are unable to accept return merchandise 60 days after your purchase date.
