The SpermCheck Fertility Test for Men is an at-home test that measures sperm count levels. In only 10 minutes, you can easily determine if sperm count is within the normal range. The World Health Organization defines a normal sperm count as 20 million per milliliter or higher.

The Basic Instructions
Please read all included instructions prior to taking the test.
1. Collect semen sample in collection cup provided. Make sure last ejaculation was 2-7 days before taking the test. Let stand 20 minutes.
2. Fill semen transfer device up to black line with semen sample and add SpermCheck Fertility solution. Mix semen sample and solution by turning bottle upside down 5-10 times. Let stand for 2 minutes.
3. Twist off SpermCheck Fertility solution bottle cap and add 6 drops to the sample well marked "S". Read results after 7 minutes.
The Results
Positive result - sperm count is above 20 million sperm per milliliter. Sperm count is within normal range for healthy fertility.
Negative result - sperm count is under the 20 million sperm per milliliter threshold, and further testing by your physician may be needed.
